1. General Terms
This Delivery Policy regulates the terms and timeframes for production, dispatch, and receipt of orders made through the website of Alex Art Creative EOOD (hereinafter referred to as "the Merchant").
By placing an order, the customer accepts the conditions described in this policy.

2. Production Time
All items made to order are produced within up to 14 (fourteen) working days after confirmation and receipt of payment (when advance payment is required).
If an extension of the period is necessary (e.g. due to specific production or a high volume of orders), the customer will be promptly notified by email or phone.

3. Delivery Time
After the production is completed, the shipment is sent via the selected courier (e.g. Econt, Speedy).
The usual delivery time is from 1 to 7 working days depending on the location and the courier’s workload.

4. Delivery Cost
The delivery cost is calculated according to the tariffs of the selected courier and is added automatically when finalizing the order.
In certain promotions or for orders above a specified amount, free delivery may be offered, of which the customer will be explicitly informed.

5. Delivery Method
Orders are delivered:
To the address specified by the customer;

Or to a selected office of the courier company.

The customer is responsible for correctly filling in the delivery details. The Merchant is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to an incorrect address or phone number.

6. Inspection and Acceptance of the Shipment
Upon receipt, the customer has the right to inspect the shipment before payment (when “cash on delivery” is selected) and to refuse receipt in case of visible damages or discrepancies.
In such a case, the courier shall draw up a report, and the customer must notify the Merchant within 24 hours.

7. Delays and Force Majeure Circumstances
The Merchant is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, natural disasters, extraordinary circumstances, or official holidays that are beyond its control.

8. Changes to the Delivery Policy
Alex Art Creative EOOD reserves the right to make changes to this Delivery Policy without prior notice. The updated version will always be available on the website.
