GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR USING THE ONLINE STORE

2. General Provisions
These General Terms and Conditions regulate the relationship between “Alex Art Creative” EOOD (hereinafter referred to as the Merchant) and the users (Customers) of the online store.

By accessing the site and/or placing an order, the customer accepts and agrees to these General Terms and Conditions.

The Merchant reserves the right to amend the General Terms and Conditions at any time by publishing an updated version on the website.

3. Subject of the Contract
The Merchant provides customers with the opportunity to purchase goods and services through the online store.

Each customer has the right to use the site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions.

4. Registration and Personal Data
Customers can shop as registered users or as guests.

During registration, it is required to provide accurate and complete information.

The Merchant processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Privacy Policy published on the website.

5. Order and Conclusion of the Contract
Orders are placed directly through the website or via email.

After sending an order, the customer receives confirmation at the provided email address.

The sales contract is considered concluded from the moment of confirmation by the Merchant.

The Merchant reserves the right to refuse an order in case of lack of stock or justified suspicion of fraud.

6. Prices and Payment
All prices are in BGN (Bulgarian lev) and EURO until 31.12.2025 and include VAT.

The price of the goods does not include delivery costs unless otherwise stated.

Payment methods:

• Cash on delivery;

• Bank transfer;

• Online card payment (if available).

The Merchant is not responsible for the inability to make payment due to technical issues from third parties.

7. Delivery
Delivery is made via courier to the address specified by the customer.

The usual delivery time is between 1 and 7 working days, depending on availability.

Delivery costs are indicated before finalizing the order.

In case of refusal to receive the order without a valid reason, the customer is responsible for the delivery costs.

8. Cancellation and Returns
The customer has the right to withdraw from the order within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing a reason (in accordance with Articles 50–56 of the Consumer Protection Act).

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify the Merchant in writing (by email or via the form on the website).

The goods must be returned in the original packaging, without signs of use.

Return costs are borne by the customer, except in cases of error by the Merchant.

The amount will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

9. Warranties and Complaints
All goods are offered with a warranty in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.

In case of non-conformity of the goods, the customer has the right to submit a complaint within 2 years of delivery.

Complaints must be submitted in writing to email: [complaints email].

10. Limitation of Liability
The Merchant is not responsible for temporary unavailability of the website or for damages caused by improper use.

The Merchant is not responsible for delays or errors resulting from actions of courier or payment services.

11. Intellectual Property
All texts, images, logos, and other materials on the site are the property of “Alex Art Creative” EOOD and may not be used without explicit written consent.

12. Dispute Resolution
All disputes are resolved by mutual agreement, and if impossible – before the competent court of the Republic of Bulgaria.
